The Cat Museum is located on the Ground Floor of the Kuching North City Hall Headquarters Building at the Bukit Siol, Jalan Semariang, Petra Jaya, Kuching, Sarawak (Borneo) Malaysia
The building is on top of the hill called 'Bukit Siol' which stands 60 meters above the sea level with beautiful sceneries overlooking the beautiful city of Kuching. Opening hours are 9 am to 5 pm daily (closed Mondays).
There are no entrance charges but if you want to take pictures there is a fee – RM3.00 for still cameras and RM5.00 for video. Commercial photography or filming is by prior arrangement only. This is a large collection of cat memorabilia, since"Kuching means " "Cat in Malay. Cat lovers will find all range of exhibits , photos, feline art and cat souvenirs.
Some interesting cat character like Felix the Cat, Garfield and Sonic the Cat, It;s a very crazy place to but a good time filler. There are 2000 exhibits ,artifacts and status about cats from all over the world
